Employee Self Service Troubleshooting
Browser Flickers and goes back to login:
If you are having problems getting into the
Employee Self Service Page where you put in your login
information and password and you click login and it flashes
back to the login page.
We have some
settings that you can change to allow you in.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to tools and then internet options
- You will next want to go to the middle
of the screen to temporary internet files is located and
click on the settings button.
- In the upper portion on the box is a
menu to check newer version of stored page. You will want
to check on every visit to the page.
- You will want to click ok.
- Here you can click the OK button and
it will take you back to your browser. Close your browser
and re-open it and attempt to go to the Employee Self
Service web site.
If that does not work continue on with
these steps below:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to tools and then internet options
- Click on the content tab and then
click certificates
- Next you want to click on advanced
which is in the middle left hand corner of the box.
- You will want to make sure that you
have server and client authentication checked off.
- You will want to click ok.
- Click close to close the content menu
- Here you can click the OK button and
it will take you back to your browser. Close your browser
and re-open it and attempt to go to the Employee Self
Service web site
